SHO U Jap Fine Dinning

PS said that he's going to treat us as he's leaving.Well,he suggested SHO U..
Initially,he only asked Jialing but having alert,sharp ear..I overheard and almost every people knows abt it..Good thing must share..PS right?

This Restaurant is part of Apex-pal after Hibiki have closed for don kw wad reason..
SHO U is a Jap fine dinninf and located at Clarke Quey..
Took 1 hr off earlier to join PS,Jialing,Roy,Hweechee & Eliza for lunch..
The duration trip is so short.guess less than 20mins.

1st dish appetizer salad..No pic was taken but anyway it cost $10.
2nd Dish Chawanmushi (Yam & Original)$15 The Yam Chawan taste nicer..it's so hot that it hurt my throat..Greedy Ling!

3rd Dish Tempura Squid with egg yolk $12.This tempura tastes fantastic!!So chewy

Last Dish: Cold Soba with Hot boiling shitake gravy $12.This dish is different from those cold soba i had before..Indeed a new taste which i preferred as i have nv like soba coz of it's coldness & soba sauce..This dish makes me like soba!!

After taking all pics,i then realised we didnt take pic with the Main lead PS..lol~
I was in a rush..lunch till 2pm and quickly rush back office within 1/2 hr..that's fast coz it's PLING!!lolx..
