Hong Kong 4th - 7th Sept 2009 Day 1

Hong Kong trip..
We woke up at 430am..
Thought we are early and not to make the same mistake during our last trip to bankgok
where we have to run to our gate coz we forgot the timing and the plane is leaving..
Goodness..We panic that time..
Lolx..

This time round, i mistook the timing for the flight.
I thought its at 8am..therefore 6am have to reach..
Didint know its 640am flight..

Gosh!!!!

We had a rush breakfast before boarding..
No time to walk and stroll..
After entering the gate, i realise that there are 2 PCs in there..
Cool and thats how u see my last post before leaving Hong Kong..

I love Changi Airport..
Unlike Hong Kong Airport...Boo!!!

We are visiting Hong Kong..happy!!!

The clouds are so nice..

Couldnt believe that we actually have to take a bus to Hong Kong Airport.
That's lousy seriously!

Am on bus towards Hong Kong Airport..Feeling happy!

Getting our luggage..My luggage's lock got lost!!
Someone must have opened my luggage..Damn it..
But luckily, no valuables stuffs in the luggage..
Always carry ur valuable stuffs in your hangbag!!!

Their Cigarette packaging is so different from S'pore..
Do buy their metal box packaging..
Its cool..
Dearie didnt buy coz i dont like and moreover he don smoke now coz his health gt some problems..

Hope he could make use of this time to stop smoking in future..

My Luggage..

Am taking the hotel shuttle bus to my hotel
Its K5.
Do purchase your travel pass card at the airport.
The card allows you to have 3 days unlimited rides (really worth it)
And also compliementary airport travel.
I bought at HKD$220 for 1 airport travel, it cost HKD$300 for 2 airport travel.

On my way, i saw everywhere selling magazines and Andy Lau was the hottest topic!

Airport train..Its fast and seats are cool..

Rched our Hotel..Metropark..
But receptionist told us we went to the wrong hotel..Lolx!
This hotel is Metropark, kowloon..
Our hotel is Metropark,Mongkok
Well, we then took a cab to our Metropark, Mongkok hotel which is just nearby.

This is my hotel..Looks ok..
Lets explore more of the hotel am staying in..
Good thing i like about this hotel is that it is super near MTR station that is Prince Edward
Once out of the station, you can see your hotel name on the direction signage..Exit C2

This hotel is 3 star hotel..We were planning to stay in a 4 star hotel but its all not so convenience located at Mongkok..
Settled at Metropark but we get ourselves deluxe room @ HKD$660 per night
In addition, there is a cash vouchers rebate HKD$100 per day.
Hence, we got a total of HKD$300 which we can dine in in our hotel restaurants..

There mineral water cost HKD$10 per bottle..
Its recommended to buy one elsewhere which is much cheaper

Their toilet are clean too..Comes with a bathtub as well..

Went over to Sogo and bought mu cosmetics Laneige..
Its kinda cheap..
Spent HKD$780 on 3 products..
Dearie's expression was like OMG..

Visited Time square..

Their escalator is damn high up...

Had dinner at this restaurant..
Was told that they have the best peking duck..
Sadly, they only serve whole duck at the price of HKD$200+ (which is like so ex!!)
Ask the waiter if they serve half duck..
They say this is standard and is enugh for 2 person..
GOSH!!! Wanna cheat our money also not like this ba..
Anyway, didnt ordered the duck.
The food we ordered taste OMG..
Never to visit here unless big groups..

After dinner, asap head down to Avenue of stars and also to catch 8pm symphony of lights

Over at the Avenue of stars, you can get to see many hand prints of celebrity..
Such as Andy lau..

Maggie cheung..
And many many more..

Symphony of lights starts at 8pm..
After viewing it, i dont find it interesting..
There's no WOW factor..
Just that everyone thinks it's something not to miss if you visit Hong Kong..
After which, head to the minimart and bought some stuffs back to hotel..

Dearie bought 10 cans of Coke for his collegues..(He working in F&N Coca Cola)
He collect many many stuffs on coca-cola..
He have the premium set bottles..Next time i shall photo n let u guys see..
He also has the toast oven,utenils,plates..all the premiums..
and not to forget every month 2 cartons of coca-cola..
Hahhaaa..
