Hong Kong 4th Sept - 7th Sept 2009 Day 3 & 4

Day 3..

We went to Pioneer Centre to have breakfast before heading to Lantau island.
Pioneer Centre is just nearby our hotel..

I love their min egg tarts..The portions is just right for both of us..

Xiao Long bao is simply the best i ever had so far..
S'pore Crystal jade is way behind..
The soup taste is awful..OMG..

Char Siew Bau is somehow the same as S'pore..

This dish is so much softer than the one we had previously..
I should say overall the food here is simply best..
It only cost us HKD$77..
So cheap..

Heading towards Yung Chung, at this interchange..
Dearie hurt his shoulders coz the train is about to close and dearie chiong inside..
Worst this is that i am still at this station..
Dearie quickly rush out n this is how he hurt his shoulder..
If he were to board on the train.. i really donno wad to do..
We have no contact..Goodness!

Finally reached the station..

Took bus 23 to Ngong Ping
The bus driver is scary..
Perhaps he's experienced..
The speed he is driving at simply make my heart jump out again..
This is because the road is damn narrow..
Especially when it goes downslope, the turn simply can cause accident..
Thank god that am still here..
The bus travelled from one hill to the another..upslope and downslope..

From far, The buddha that we gonna visit..

We are here! Going to climb up 268 stairs..
Challenge!

Isnt Buddha nice??

I love it..

It is one of the five large Buddha statues in China. The Buddha statue sits on a lotus throne on top of a three-platform altar. It is surrounded by six smaller bronze statues representing gods or immortals.

Over here, there's more to explore..more gods..

Behind this temple, they are doing some renovation..
They intend to extend it..

This is the temple u will see after it extend the building

Saw two cows outside..

After which, head back to hotel and bath..
Our next destination is The Peak and Madame Tussauds..

Scary ride too..

At the Madame Tussauds, dearie is so happy..
Reporters around him..hahahha

AFter touring Madame Tussauds, had our dinner at Bubba Gump..
Its really worth it..

I love the food..
The shrimps..
Its simply so nice, delicious, yummy!!
View is fantastic too!
Cost us HKD$679.80..
Dearie used his master card..

Do try it..It a must try and a great dining experience

Went up to The Peak..
Its Windy up there..
Am feeling so cold..
Good place for couple ya..
Took pic and cost us HDK$100 if am not wrong..



Day 4..
With our remaining vouchers, we had dim sum in our hotel restaurant..

Nice food..Hotel food do have their standard there..

Reading newspaper..

Went to Park Lane Shopper’s Boulevard..Nothing much there..

Came across Mcdonald..They do have Chocolate Pie..
Tempted to try and their chocolate is nice..
Do try it when u r there..
If only S'pore do have it too..


Went to Harbour City before heading back to hotel to collect our luggauge..
Harbour City is the biggest mall in Hong Kong..
Indeed so..
Anyway, there are many branded stuffs over there as well..


My 4D3N HK Trip was full of attractions..
However,didnt bought any clothings for myself..
Thats terribly sad..
But am still satisfied with the trip coz partly i m the one planning the itinery..
Dearie do help me abit in it..


Thanks Dearie for going with me to Hong Kong..
Despite the hot weather, he still bear with it..
Carrying all our stuffs..
Without his tolerance, guess he will just head back to hotel and rest..
