Hong Kong 4th - 7th Sept 2009 Day 2

Day two..
Ocean Park..
Before heading to Ocean park..
Me and dearie went to central plaza to have our breakfast..
Its located at the 6th storey.

Their decoration is simply nice..

I believe they spent a bomb in their renovation

Before eating, it is their culture to clean their utensils..
They will give u a pot of hot water and a bowl to wash..

I love their char siew pastries where the top crust is so sweet..

Their right way of placing their cup..
I wonder why do they want to put the cup in the middle?
In S'pore, our cup are placed on the table and the plates are used to put our food in it..
Strange right...

Not really nice...

Beef meatballs...Dearie ate this and said not nice

Siew mai taste ok..

The Har kaw's skin is kinda thick..
SHouldnt it be soft??

Its not soft enough..

Their Char siew bao contain char siew fats in it..

Y do u look so glum??

Goodness..Look at the no. of dishes we ordered.
Looking at tables around us..
i can conclude that we are very much different..
They only ordered like 3 dishes and see newspaper all the way..

After breakfast, asap head down to ocean park.
Alight at Admiralty MTR and take bus 629 to Ocean Park

The scenery is very nice

Their entrance fees for adult is HKD$208/pax

Their esclator is simply high up..
I don even dare to look down..

Our first ride was the space wheel..

Followed by Mine train..
This ride has caused me to experience three times of heart attack..
Probably, it has been a long since i last played such games..
I couldnt scream out..Really..
All i did was to shut my eyes tight, hold on to the rail tight, my leg has to lock it, hoping it wont feel anything but still my heart simply just jump out..Goodness!

AFter that scary ride, went to take a drink

Passby this uncle who draw cartoon portrait.
We also queued and let him draw both of us..HKD$130
Went to play the flying swing..Its relaxing..

Dearie took a pic of me in it..He's just in front of me..

After that, sat down and discuss what ride we shd take..
Seriously, we have no mood for more rides..
Firstly, The weather is freaking hot, we feel so sticky..Gosh
2)After that scary rides, both of us cannot take it anymore..
Our heart is weak..
3)We are so tired walking around..

Dearie suggested we go to Sea Jelly Spectacular where we can enjoy the air-con and he is also curious to find out more about jelly fish..

Wad do you think?? Is it nice..
It is all dark in that place..

Dearie loves it!

For me, am just enjoying the air-con..
Hahhahha

AFter which, we decided to head back to hotel..
Dearie suggested that we take this Raging river before we leave the place..
Moreover, we will be getting wet..

End of our Ocean Park tour..
Cant wait to get back to hotel and bath..

Dinner at our hotel, we have a total of HKD$300 vouchers to use..

Their hot tea in wine glass??Dotx..

The appetizers..Very nice..a kind of fish

Their jellyfish is totally different from S'pore..
Big pieces..

Sea cucumber,tofu and veg in claypot

This dish is having promotion..HKD$28 half duck..
Goodness..SGD$5+

Its nice..
Look at all the dishes we ordered, confirm we cant finish it all..
But we still have HKD$100 vouchers left..
decide to use it on our last day breakfast

Went to the night market..
Ladies market, temple street market, sports wear street
and also Argyle centre..

At the Adidas boutique shop,dearie bought me Adidas Jacket coz i told him i wanna buy it..
He then say buy for me..Wow..
Am so happy..It cost HKD$216..
wich is like SGD$40+??
That's cheap right??

Had some freeze on our way to Argyle centre..

Mango ice that we had..
Didnt bought any clothings for myself coz their clothings doesnt suits me..
That's very sad..

Even Argyle centre sells clothes that are more of lacey type..
I guess suitable for teenagers..
Sad coz this trip supposed to be a shoppingf trip as well..
