Any bonus??

Dear Colleagues,

It has been a very challenging year for all retailers. Though the retail sentiment has not regained its full momentum, the company would very much like to pay bonus to our staff in recognition of your hard work.

We are still reviewing the quantum and the decision will largely depend on how the business performs in these 4 weeks of pre and post Christmas season.

You will be notified of the bonus quantum in early Jan 2010.
I would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Well...wad can i say.. christmas season, our sales is indeed better but i guess i wont have a share even if there is coz their payout should be late..
